Core Foundations for Seniors
In this course, Cortney will have you focusing on breath, core muscle strength and stability, and balance, each week builds on the next. Exercise are taught from the chair with standing options.
These breathing practices and exercises may improve core strength, balance and posture, and may improve symptoms of incontinence and low back discomfort.
