Learn to Play Pickleball Workshop
Curious about pickleball? Join Joanne O’Brien in the gym for a friendly introduction to the game and its rules. This 90-minute program will help you build the skills and confidence to join open play sessions at the Y. The one-night workshop includes: warm-up, instruction, and coached play. This workshop is held every Tuesday from 5:00-6:30 PM.

Summer Beginner Workshops: We take a pause on the weekly sessions for the summer. Please reach out directly to Joanne to set up a session. Registration opens for September weekly sessions on August 1, 2026.
Participation in this workshop is required before joining Open Play.

Love pickleball and want more? Whether you're seeking extra practice, social time, or a chance to play with friends or colleagues, we've got you covered!

Pickleball Instruction & Coaching
This two-hour session is designed for advanced beginners and early intermediate players who are familiar with the rules and want to develop their court awareness, strategy, and shot selection through a variety of drills and game situations.
