Tuesdays at 10:00am & Saturdays at 8:30am from September 9 – December 30, 2025. 

Meets twice weekly at the Pleasant Street Branch pavilion. 

  • Weighted Vests highly encouraged
  • Approximately 3 miles per session (weather permitting)
  • Unlimited Tanita Body Composition Scans
  • Optional app-tracked weekly step challenge
  • Private Facebook group with walking tips, nutrition support, and motivation
