MONTHLY PROGRESSIVE PROGRAMS

(gymnastics, karate, drama)

Progressive programs are divided into installment plans that are paid monthly. The monthly payment is not reflective of the # of classes within each month.

When registering for a monthly progressive program, the first months payment is due at time of registration. You may then choose to pay for the remaining months in one of the following ways:

Monthly by

Bank Draft—electronic fund transfer from your checking or savings account monthly. A voided check is needed at time of registration
Credit Card—automatic credit card deduction

Quarterly—payment for 1 st & last month due up front. Vouchers only, no refunds, issued after payments made. Late fees are $5 per month for outstanding balances.

All monthly programs requiring a payment option set up are subject to a registration fee.

Registration fee $20 first child

$10 each additional child

Monthly programs are progressive in nature. A spot is held for yourchild for the duration of the program unless notification is made in writing to the Norton YMCA of withdrawl.

Ask about multi child discounts for 3 children.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds and credits are approved as follows:

1) Full refund or credit issued if class is cancelled by the YMCA

2) Full refund or credit issued if withdrawl is requested at least 24 hours in advance of first class, minus a $5 processing fee

3) We regret that no refunds or credits can be granted on or after the starting date of your class

4) Medically documented requests for refunds will be prorated based on date of request and are subject to a $5 processing fee

5) Memberships cancelled within 3 days of purchase receive a full refund or credit

6) To cancel your bankdraft or credit card deduction you must provide written notice 30 days in advance of your next scheduled debit for memberships and 15 days in advance for programs.

The Attleboro YMCA offers financial assistance to include people who cannot afford the full fees for membership and programs. For more information contact the front desk.
